Popups are blocked during page load but not when clicking on links to articles
on the site.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to website http://www.cdfreaks.com
2. Click on a newsitem link in the center of page
3.

Actual Results:  
Popup (popdown) window appears (tickle advertisement)

Expected Results:  
Blocked Popup

Web site seems to be coded so a popup is only opened once per day?? If you close
down the browser and restart you will NOT get another popup. 

IE behaves similarily although it does allow one popup on the first page load
while blocking others. Closing and reopening IE and accessing site results in no
popups.

Comment: more(most) popups at www.cdfreaks.com and www.cdrlabs.com are blocked
with 1.5 beta 1 (improved over 1.0x release)

Bug 253831 is a collecting point for bypassing the popup blocker.  CDFreaks is
already listed there (see bug 25831 comment #212).  Not sure if this should be
duped or not, as this is a specific bug and bug 253831 is general.

Maybe it is a good idea to collect a new list specific to 1.5 beta 1.
