When using Firefox 1.5, you can not switch tabs using the scroll wheel on the mouse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open multiple tabs
2.Hover the mouse over one of the tabs
3.Use the scroll wheel- no results.

Actual Results:  
There was no change in the active tab.

Expected Results:  
It was expected that the software would have scrolled through the tabs.

Default theme, computer has Athlon 64.
