as in demonstration page in devmo ja, some interlanguage-links (currently i
detect nl,ca,es) don't work in devmo ja.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
interlanguage-link for another language should work.
and, valid interlanguage-links point 'developer-test.mozilla.org' insted of
'developer.mozilla.org' :p
this should be fixed now... sorry for the delay.
