This was with the Firefox 1.5 beta 1... for a feature that is new to this
version... so how is it a duplicate of a issue with an extension for Firefox
1.0x releases?

No Focus Last Selected Tab installed here....

This problem is related to certain extensions (most notably FLST) conflicting
with this new implementation of drag and drop tabs. FWIW, the bug that this is
duped as is reported in 1.0+, which is the same thing as 1.5 Beta, just before
we changed the versioning scheme.
