The address bar can no longer be put in to the boolkmarks toolbar!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click to customize the toolbars.
2. Click and drag the address bar to the bookmarks toolbar.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
The address bar should be moved to the bookmarks toolbar if the user so chooses.
Important! I just discovered after submitting the bug (sorry about two posts)
that you can move the address bar but ONLY if you click and hold on the drop
down arrow  on it's right side.

...Final clarification...after setting up my toolbars (started all this without
any extensions and completely clean install (without moz folders in windows user
folders)) I have discovered that the text labels can be dragged and dropped but
not the graphics.

So placement is not an issue...it is mouse/click on the graphics of each item
that no longer works correctly.  The only exception I noticed was when you
clicked and dragged the drop down menu arrow for the address bar.  I hope/think
this is the last clarification. ;-)

Can drag many of the buttons (Go, throbber, bookmarks), can't drag others
(mail). Can't drag any of the spaces or the separator. Can't drag search bar.

This is trunk only, perhaps the same issue as bug 307256?
