My system also has IE installed (latest version).  When I drag a tab to the
desktop an IE icon is created and when i go to open it, it opens an IE window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag a tab to the desktop
2.See that the icon turns to IE
3.Link opens in IE window



Expected Results:  
The link should have created a Firefox icon and opened a firefox browser.

Firefox is my default browser.  Links created with 1.0 work OK like this.

Please verify FF is your default browser (Tools->Options->General), and please
test with a clean profile using the latest branch.
