With Multiple tabs open And you call "open in tabs" from a bookmark folder
FF1.5B1 closes all the other tabs and replaces them with the tabs from the
bookmarks. In previous versions "open in tabs" added the requested pages in NEW
tabs with out affecting existing tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several tabs
2. Select Open in tabs from a bookmark folder

Actual Results:  
FF15.B1 closes all the other tabs and replaces them with the tabs from the bookmarks

Expected Results:  
FF 1.0x added the requested pages in NEW tabs with out affecting existing tabs.

I'm going to rate this as major because it is such a big change in FF behavior
that will really tork advanced tab users. Feel free to diagree.
