reviewed and approved by mozilla staff, so let's close this out; I need this 
group ASAP to recruit a Win98 tester for bug 29455. Thanks!

Yes, we need a mail gateway. We need mail/news gateways for
all our newsgroups
mozilla-win32 list created and gatewayed to the newsgroup.
one-line description: For discussion of issues specific to Mozilla on Windows

testing.
