When the browser window is first opened if I try and open a bookmark from my
bookmark toolbar by using the 'Open in New Tab' option the bookmark does not open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new window
2. Right click on a bookmark in the toolbar
3. Select 'Open in New Tab'

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens the bookmark does not open. The browser does not even open a new
tab. If I alt-tab to another window and then alt-tab back to firefox, the 'Open
in New Tab' option then works correctly.

Expected Results:  
Open a new tab with the bookmarked site loading.

I have the same problem when I upgraded to 1.07. However it does work in
bookmarks toolbar folder. (OS Win XP, SP2)
