I remember running into this with the Cavendish theme when we first set it up. 
It pulls a page from the wiki to use as local css that matches the theme name. 
That page has apparently never been created for devmo so it's choking on the "no
text on this page" error that the wiki is throwing instead.  I just created the
page empty, but it doesn't seem to have helped.  Maybe it needs some real css in
it or something.

How did you encounter this error?  I'll try to get this fixed up tomorrow if I
can sort it out.
