Details

Bug 303806 may still be a little controversial but I really think that
regardless of that, firefox and thunderbird should apply the policy consistently.

Only #47 and #51 even mention thunderbird. If you want to treat this as a dupe
that's fine but then 303806 should be reopened and thunderbird added to the
summary.
