bookmarks if they are folders cant be moved 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click bookmarks at top of firefox
2.choose a folder try and drag it too a diffrent spot
3.does not work

Actual Results:  
bookmark does not change location

Expected Results:  
moved the bookmark

The bookmark folders can be moved, however, you must goto bookmarks | manage
bookmarks to move them to your liking.

Request: change severity to enhancement or mark as invalid.

You can drag with the shift key hed down.
