Right now the plugins page points our users to

http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&P2_Platform=Win32&P3_Browser_Version=NetscapePre4


to get version 7.0 of the flash player. That link doesn't work, and we should
probably point to a version independent URL and not list the version (as it's
about to change, and could change again at any time w/o us being notified). My
Macromedia contact recommends that we point all platforms to 

http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer

to avoid this type of problems in the future, their site does the appropriate
browser/platform detection etc for us.

Also included a version bump for Quicktime (no bug #) and the links for Adobe 
Acrobat (Bug 291696)
