I reloaded using MS IE 6.0 and they worked fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.load page 2.go to My Account 3. Actual Results: same thing, can't see buttons and bars visable in IE that are necessary to transact or move about page. Expected Results: Make these features visable. Can't use FireFox on some secure pages and must go back to ugly awful IE 6.0!

In Options - Web Features, please make sure you have "(Load images) for the originating site only" UNchecked - PayPal serves the images they use for buttons from paypalobjects.com. If that solves your problem, please resolve this bug as a duplicate of bug 287571 - it needs more nagging ;)
