When I try to download one on the search hits of Google, e.g. a .pdf document, a
.ps document or a .ppt document, Firefox ignores the real file name of the
document I want to download and sets the file name to "url.pdf", "url.ps",
"url.ppt" and so on. (The file name is always "url" and the extension is correct).

Consider this:

- With links on other pages (not Google search hits), the problem does NOT occur.

- The problem occurs also on the Apple Powerbook of a friend of mine. He is
running Firefox 1.0.4 under MacOSX (I am running 1.5 beta 1 under Windows XP).

- The problem does NOT occur when doing the same googling and downloading with
Internet Explorer or Safari (under MacOSX).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Search for a pdf document with Google.
2.Remember the file name of the original link, right click on it and choose
"Save link as..."
3.Look on the file in the Firefox download manager name and compare with the
original file name.

Actual Results:
As I already mentioned, the file name is set to "url..."

Expected Results:
Keep the original file name, like all other browsers do.
Because all links for the search result change the URL after onclick to
http://www.google.de/url?sa=t&ct=res&cd=2&url=... and you suffer from Bug 299372.
