Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Certain very slanty italic fonts are not rendered correctly when color is
changed using a:hover.
Impact (font) is the most obvious case.
Gecko seems to only paint the area it would if the font were not italic.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.setup A: to use impact font in a large size in e.g. black
2.setup A:hover to change it to a light color.
3.gasp as the rollover is not painted correctly.
Actual Results:
far right of the hoverable area is not painted correctly
Expected Results:
painted it correctly?

The build this bug is reported against is too old. Please recheck using a
recent nightly build[1,2] to verify that the behavior still exists and post the
results here.
Also, please supply a testcase to help others verify this behavior.
Thanks.
