Details

When AUS gets downloads a shiny new version of FF it always gives the user a
choice of restarting immediately or using the new version next time the browser
restarts.  It would be very convenient if there were a checkbox that would allow
the user to skip the prompt and always get the new version on restart.  

To support this, there would also need to be an additional option in prefs so
the user could override this choice.
