unable to log into sites that require cookies for 3 out of 4 users of xp on my
pc.  Cant log into yahoo.com.au mail for those users. Error msg is that cookies
are blocked but have allowed cookies to be set through the tools tab and
restarted the pc

Reproducible: Always
Try clearing out any stored settings related to the handling of yahoo cookies.
