In some cases, Firefox 1.4 detects cahrset as ISO-8859-8 (Visual Hebrew) when
the page charset is windows-1255 (Logical Hebrew), as specified in the META tag:
  <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1255">

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Page is displayed in charset Visual Hebrew (ISO-8859-8).

Expected Results:  
Page should have displayed in charset Hebrew (Windows-1255).
Version: unspecified → 1.5 Branch
Haaretz are sending the wrong encoding in the Content-type HTTP header.
