<hr/> elements don't be redraw after the context menu, 'view page source' or
'view page info' not maximised window for exemple hide them. When you close all
these windows, you don't see the part of line which was hided. (sorry for my
english)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find a page with an <hr/> element in it.
2.Open the context menu over it.
3.Close the context menu (by a click on the page for exemple)

Actual Results:  
The line where the context-menu was is not visible.


Expected Results:  
The <hr/> should be fully visible.

I use the default theme.
The only thing I change is install the last version of plugins (adblock, tabbed
preferences, ie view, html validator, adblock filterset.G updater) from the
update site of mozilla.
