The last two tabs (@Cookies' and 'Cache') in the 'Privacy' section of the
'Preferences' window do not correctly re-draw.
Resizing the window does not force the tabs to re-draw

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit -> Preferences
2. Select Privacy
3. Select the 'Cookies' and 'Cache' tabs and observe how the tabs do not re-draw.
Actual Results:
The last two tabs did not correctly re-draw.

Expected Results:
The tab widget should correctly re-draw after a tab has been selected.
No such tabs since Firefox 2 → resolving INVALID.
