If the user navigates to a fragment identifier within a page which has a
favicon, Firefox ‘forgets’ that favicon and shows the default image. Losing the
favicon is a usibility problem when using tabbed browsing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.backbase.com
Actual Results:  
Favicon disappears after fragment identifier changes.

Expected Results:  
Favicon should stay.
