Typing in a new window, tab or blank document should put the text in the url
bar, not the fastfind bar at the bottom. Since the document is blank, it makes
no sense to begin searching and the user would be better served by the text
going to the url bar instead.

Reproducible: Always

This is still valid today on FF 94.

I'm in a new tab and start writing - nothing happens in my case.
The URL bar should gain focus and text should start being typed there.
