1. Open the page
2. grab the horizonal scrollbar with the mouse and scroll to the right
You will notice that the scrollbar goes off into the great unknown. The right
edge of the scroll bar does NOT stop at the right arrow. It just keeps going.
Related to this, the page layout does not wrap. I'm not sure if this is bad
HTML, but even if it is, the right side of the scrollbar should not be going
further than the right arrow. The scrollbar should simply be of a smaller size
to accomodate the extra space it has to scroll.

The horiz. scrollbar worksforme on mac,linux,win32 20000408nn
(Note: the overly wide page is primarily due to bug #34176, which involves
a problem with 'table-layout:fixed')
