In Thunderbird 1.5 the pen that appeared next to senders information is not
visable when a signed messaged is recived.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
recive and open a digitally signed email


Expected Results:  
a pen to appear next to the senders information

I see this. MOving into the thunderbird 1.1 milestone so I'll  fix this for 1.1.

I suspect we either don't have pinstripe artwork for SMIME stuff or I broke the
CSS somewhere along the way.

I don't think it's a theme issue. 

The JS is working correctly and it's making the digital signature visible but
for some reason it isn't showing up. I've verified that the artwork is present
in the JAR file.

still a thunderbird 1.5 blocker, just clearing the flag so it doesn't show up on
the firefox blocker list.
