Mike Schroepfer pointed out smartd yesterday, which in many cases can warn of
pending drive failures before the drive actually fails. smartd is installed on
rheet and megalon but isn't running. We should run it on those machines (and
all our other Linux boxes).
It's actually enabled by default on new Fedora installs. For some reason it
doesn't seem to be on RHEL.

It lets you execute a script on events. :) That means we can tie it into nagios
very easily and get paging out of it, too. (easiest thing to do is probably
have it write the status to a file and make a plugin for NRPE to check the file)
This is a mass-reassign of bugs that I'm not actively working on right at this moment to the default component owner, since we now have a larger IT staff than just me. These bugs will be getting redistributed to other sysadmins as sysadmin time becomes available.
