Since some builds - I don't know exactly when - but I think since 3 to 5 days ago,
firefox doesn't show german umlauts ä ü ö on homepages, if I reload a page.
The first time, a load a page, all is fine.
But if I reload it, umlauts are displayed as ?

I can't reproduce it, it happens only sometimes.

example: I often saw this behaviour in my forum if I posted a new thread

What are your character encoding settings? Auto-detect?

No, "Western (Iso-8859-1).

But I think this problem is solved, because I don't see these wrong characters
anymore in newest build.

I'll wait some days and then I'll say it is solved or the problem still exists.

This problem still exists!

It often happens if I reload a page.
The solution is described in this forum:

http://www.minibb.net/forums/3_2877_0.html

But I don't understand why this behaviour happens!
Need testcase or URL showing the problem...
Yes, we need a test case or the URL of a page that still has this problem.
