Starup Camino when it's not the default browser. Have preferences to check for
it. The dialog asking if you want Camino to be the default browser is an alert
dialog. A sheet would be nice. It won't get lost among windows or by Exposé.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Camino when it's not the default browser and have it check
2. a default browser question alert dialog box will show up
3. It's not a sheet
4. It gets lost in Exposé and among window switching

Actual Results:
Hard to find dialog

Expected Results:
dialog should be a sheet and stick with window
it's not a window-modal activity. it should be app modal.
