I think there should be a whitelist/exceptions feature in the originating
section as well instead of blocking ALL remote images.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. tools
2. options> content
3. check load images for originating web site only

Actual Results:  
blocks third party images.

Expected Results:  
Should have whitelisting/exceptions list for certain web sites.
