When trying to open multiple isntances of sunbird this error message is returned:

sunbird/mozilla-xremote-client: Error: Failed to send command: 509 internal error

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run sunbird.
2.While first instance is starting, run a second instance
3.

Actual Results:  
Above error message resulted, no second instance started.

Expected Results:  
Opened a second Sunbird instance
WFM on 20050913.  Reporter, what version of Sunbird are you using?  If you're
not using a nightly build, please try there as well and report back with the
results.
