When I close the browser and come back later all of my history items appear in
some sort of japanese font. Clicking an item in the history restores the
previously seen english title... i can restore all items in this way, but
closing and reopening the browser reverts ALL history items back to japanese.
most frustrating.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download, install and open browser
2. view page
3. close browser
4. open browser. history is now in japanese

Actual Results:  
i got japanese history

Expected Results:  
shown me the history in my locale language which is english

Can you reproduce this with a current build of Firefox 2 or 3?
