IBM has a set of Python accessibility regression test scripts to add to tinderbox.

Wayne, Chase said to add the tests to the code and set up a build system to
report to mozillatest.

When you are sure the tests are working, we submit a patch via a bug to check-in
to the official tinderbox build scripts to enable the tests. File the bug for
that under mozilla.org/Tinderbox Configurations to get the bug added to 2 places
-- 1 Windows branch Firefox tbox/build machine, and 1 Windows trunk Firefox
build machine.

Not sure the details of how to do the first step, but Chase says that by default
the build scripts report to MozillaTest. We need to change tinder-defaults.pl.
Here's tinder-defaults.pl:

tinder-defaults.pl sets reports to go to "MozillaTest" by default.

it'd be nice if these tests were run in the "make check" target introduced with
bug 63368

This bug looks very stale... and we have a test harness now. Reopen if you would like to pick this work back up for some reason.
