www.hellowork.go.jp - secure pages fail without ssl2 support. Site should
upgrade. See bug 307271 for details.

This one is slightly different in that a different error is shown:

"Firefox and www.hellowork.go.jp cannot communicate securely because they
have  no common encryption algorithms."

However, this problem doesn't occur with SSL2 enabled, so it is still part of
bug 307271.
