Attempting to set the background color, or attempting to set
-moz-appearance:none,  for menubars, menuitems or menupopups does not work under
Linux. works fine in Windows

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
load attachment

Actual Results:  
on linux, default siver menubar, menu and menupopup
on windows, black menubar, menu and menupopup

Expected Results:  
on linux, black menubar, menu and menupopup
