Hi,
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/ should include a link to the releases
page at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/releases as the page does exist.
This should be fixed.
The page was just created today, and we won't link it before we announce our
first release. INVALID at least for the next few minutes or hours or how long
ever it will take us before we have an announcement ready and are sure we want
to make it public. ;-)

Sometimes missing links are intentional.
