the & is there so that the u is underlined, it being the accesskey...

Wanted in the U.I. ... but surely not in the log file.

New installer doesn't have this file/data.
Seamonkey and Firefox are using a new NSIS based installer. resolving this old
bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
