After opening the customize toolbar box and clicking done (even with no changes)
the bookmark context menu doesn't work until after a restart.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on a toolbar and click customize.
2. Click done on the customize box.
3. Right click on a bookmark and select properties (or any other option)

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens but menu disappears.

Expected Results:  
Menu should disappear and properties (or other action should be performed)

Works for me on WinXp, Firefox branch. Maybe an extension causing this?
