After update 15-SEPT-2005 Message under (lowest) statusbar:

%tabprefsDTD;
^

These lines deminish the effective screen area for the browser by approx 4 lines
and it occured after performing an update upon a the Firefox update message. 

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
not applicable, also after restarting windows the problems persists
