The GO THERE link on the paragraph starting with SHELL SHOCKED is wrapped in my
browser window. The window has a scroll bar at the bottom. Right clicking on the
THERE causes the page to shift so that GO is visible in the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Arrange it so that a page has a bottom scroll bar.
2. Arrange it so that a link on the page wraps
3. Right click on link.
Actual Results:  
Page shifted to right edge

Expected Results:  
kept the page still.
