When checking for updates the plugins folder isn't touched but the default
searchplugins are added to the searchplugins folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check for updates
2. Download & Install

Actual Results:  
Extra, unwanted searchplugins are present

Expected Results:  
Searchplugins shouldn't be touched, just as the normal plugins aren't.
Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Update -> Uncheck 'Search Engines'

-> INVALID
