The lightning xpi installs but does not run.  There are many javascript errors,
starting with some saying "invalid class or contract id".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In thunderbird 1.5 beta 1, install lightning xpi from
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/sunbird/nightly/2005-09-17-07-trunk/windows-xpi/lightning.xpi
2. restart thunderbird
3. Open javascript console

Actual Results:  
Commands do not work.  Javascript console shows:
