If I then paste from the clipboard to another different application, say into notepad I can then paste the same text into the new Firefox window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Copy any text to the clipboard 2.Open up a new Firefox window via the shortcut 3.Try to paste text into address bar Actual Results: No text pasted Expected Results: Pasted the text The clipboard doesn't seem to have been working as I would expect since I put 1.5 Beta on. I have a feeling that this isn't the only thing it's doing stangely but it's the first I've been able to reproduce.
Reproducible with SeaMonkey 1.0a and SeaMonkey/20050901 but WFM with SeaMonkey/20050831. After switching to another window, switching back to the window opened in step 2 and selecting the address bar again, pasting into the address bar seems to work again.

That would (now) be bug 363735. ***** [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.15pre) Gecko/2008060503 BonEcho/2.0.0.15pre] (nightly) (W2Ksp4) WorksForMe (on Windows 2000), using my own usual shortcut from the Windows desktop. Reopen if you can reproduce with Firefox v2.0.0.14 ?
