XCode 1.5 claims it's MacRoman(!), but yeah....

I used UTF-8 so that it was diffable in CVS. I'll change it I guess.

Done on trunk and branch. Let me know if you need the CAMINO_1_0a1_RELEASE tag moved on these files.
