when you try to download a file with right click and download target. it put a
wrong name to file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
go to here :
http://www130.nortelnetworks.com/cgi-bin/eserv/cs/main.jsp?cscat=DOCUMENTATION&resetFilter=1&prefProduct=12063
right click on the pdf and try to download it it will give you a different name
than on ie.



Actual Results:  
the filename should be automaticly
