Open a page with a long horizontal line of text that overflows the viewport. Try
to select the entire line with the mouse by starting at the beginning and
draggin across to the end. FF should scroll the viewport as the mouse goes over
the right-hand side, but it doesn't.

Because I don't have Mozilla to test if it is specific to FF or not, so I assume
