I need stage access to post experimental SVG builds for testing by the Mozilla
and wider SVG community. I've uploaded builds to my own site, but tor's blog
post has resulted in a lot more downloads than I anticipated which is going to
take down my site.

I hear there's a cap on stage accounts.  I'm willing to give up my slot for
jwatt if that's the case.

Tor: It's not a cap per say. For the moment, we're trying to limit access to at
least the existing group, until we can audit who has accounts and how best to
manage them. I'm going to post the existing SVG build now (from jwatt's email to
the staging list) and we can go from there in terms of getting him setup with an
account of his own.
