When you download multiple files with the same name, for instance
"playlist.pls", they are suffixed with a number in the temp folder, ie:

C:\DOCUME~1\rcooper\LOCALS~1\Temp\playlist-22.pls

Launching and other operations work properly, however, the "To:" field of the
"Properties" view of the file in the download manager says:

C:\DOCUME~1\rcooper\LOCALS~1\Temp\playlist.pls

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download an externally launched file multiple times.
2. Right click the file in the download manager and select properties.
3. Note the file location.

Actual Results:  
File is shown with original filename.

Expected Results:  
File should be shown with the FF-added numerical suffix.
