309151 - Download Manager shows negative download progress for files >2GB

Once the size of a file currently being downloaded exceeds a certain size (I
suspect 2GB), Download Manager shows negative values for the downloaded file
size and the average download speed.  Additionally, the Download Manager does
not understand server reports of file sizes greater than 2GB.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.kernel.org/pub/dist/knoppix/DVD/
2. Click on the KNOPPIX_V4.0DVD-2005-08-16-EN.iso link
3. Download KNOPPIX_V4.0DVD-2005-08-16-EN.iso using the Download Manager
4. Observe that the Download Manager reports an "unknown file size"
5. Observe that the progress information become invalid after 2GB has been
downloaded
Actual Results:  
The Download Manager showed a negative file size and download speed after 2GB
had been downloaded:

Expected Results:  
The Download Manager should show the correct downloaded file size, download
speed, and total file size:

[Pause]   2.4GB of 3.1 GB at 304 KB/sec; 39:18 left

Whoops... sorry about that; I searched before reporting, but somehow missed that
one.
