Reproducible: Sometimes
What version of Firefox are you using when you encounter this problem?
Also applies to other form fields- dropdown boxes, etc. Clicking in a form field doesn't focus on that field.
Version 1.5
This happens frequently since increasing min font size to 14 (ie., www.USAA.com or www.mysimon.com).  Same result using CTRL++ to increase font size.  Firefox 1.5 (also v1.0 for me.)
