When I enter this site the encoding is set to iso-8859-15 but it should be
iso-8859-1 (some characters are displayed wrong). And iso-8859-15 is not even in
the lsit of avtive encodings.

The crayz thing about this is that now I can´t reproduce it either. And I
submitted a similar bug with the same results. It only occurs after brwosing for
some time. I´m often on this board and after some time the encoding is set wrong
as I describe. I´ll try to figure out how it´s reproductable.
Resolving as WORKSFORME for now, please reopen if you can reproduce this again.
